1. Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central
2. Extensive experience in finance and supply chain modules is a must.
3. Collection & Analysis of client business processes, Documentation, Mapping the requirements and proposing suitable changes in line with the product.
4. Create the Functional Requirement Document based on the requirements/document/report/daily activities collected from the client.
5. Provide solution overview training to business users explaining Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality across various modules and processes.
6. Proposing necessary changes in customer’s business process to align with product functionality & configuring the product to suit the requirements as per FRD.
7. Prepare test scripts for testing the configured scenarios, including Unit testing, System Integration Testing, Exploratory Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, or any client-specific software testing.
8. Testing the product scenarios in line with product standards and resolving conflicts with the help of the technical team.
9. End user manual and user training is also expected from Functional Consultants.
10. Updating project status to Project Manager & other concerned persons.
11. Required interaction with core team members, end users & other team members (consultants).
