Job Description
We are currently hiring a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Specialist to join our team. As a Generative AI Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models to solve complex problems and drive innovation across our organization. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services. Main Responsibilities of a Generative AI Specialist: Your main responsibilities will include:- Designing, developing, and implementing generative AI models and algorithms utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.
- Optimizing existing generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Developing and maintaining AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
- Conducting research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.
- Developing clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contributing to the establishment of best practices and standards for generative AI development within the organization.
- Acting as an advocate and ambassador to promote GenAI use cases within the region, engaging with local stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption.
- Utilize data flow modeling and workflow analysis to identify business unit needs specific to GenAI applications.
- Develop and manage reports on GenAI use case performance and outcomes.
- Work closely with technical architects and developers to plan and implement efficient operational systems supporting GenAI initiatives.
- Lead the effort in testing GenAI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are effective in real-world scenarios.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote the adoption and understanding of GenAI technologies within the business unit.
- GenAI Project Coordination and support:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Coordinate and manage GenAI project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting any potential risks or issues.
- Assist in the development of project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
- Support the research and preliminary analysis for GenAI project requests. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Act as a SME for GenAI projects, applying a strategic approach towards information systems innovation with a focus on GenAI technologies.
Qualifications
Key Requirements of a Generative AI Specialist :- You have a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- A senior developer with GenAI and Cloud Experience.
- Experience of 5+ years in AI.
- Python and Java skills with exposure to GenAI
- You have solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models, with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.
- You are proficient in Python and have experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- You have strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- You are familiar with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- You have experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
- You are familiar with data visualization tools and libraries, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- You have experience with Angular, Java & Postgres.
- You have knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- You possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.
- You have strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- You possess a proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- DevOps- CI/CD knowledge & work experience is an advantage
- Proven success in Gen AI or Tech transformation Program/Projects are an advantage
