Rad Hires is looking for a Growth Marketer to lead the charge in scaling both our talent network and our customer base. This role demands a unique combination of strategic foresight, marketing acumen, and a deep understanding of customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will drive innovative marketing initiatives that significantly contribute to Rad Hires’ growth trajectory and is passionate about being a hands-on contributor in executing campaign strategies. ABOUT YOU You have 7+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, or a similar role (bonus if it’s in the Staffing & Recruiting industry) and a track record of successful growth projects and strategies. Smart, scrappy, and "full-stack": You are comfortable doing everything from strategy to writing copy to tracking weekly metrics, cold emailing, community engagement, building landing pages, managing ad spend, and more. You’re willing to figure out what you don't know to get stuff done with minimum supervision. When something doesn’t work, you immediately try new ways to overcome those obstacles rather than getting stuck. Highly analytical: With pre-existing knowledge and intuition for the data, we can draw insights and make decisions quickly. You are constantly willing to experiment with new channels and strategies and judge their success based on (quality) leads generated. Strong communicator in writing (English): While good conversational English is essential, articulate/clear written communication is critical. Attention to detail: You know that quality of execution is crucial for any growth experiment. Without quality execution, a growth experiment is not valid. RESPONSIBILITIES Data-Driven Growth Development: You will constantly experiment with new growth tactics and utilize data analytics to create a scalable and repeatable marketing engine. Identify target audiences and where they spend time. Understand how they learn about tools and services, and how best to influence them. This includes the optimization of our website and conversion funnels. You’ll help set up a growth engine that generates qualified applications/leads every week. Content and LinkedIn Marketing : Execute awareness and engagement programs on social media (esp. Linkedin), email marketing, Podcasting, and Website content. Own the roadmap to ensure our website educates, inspires, and converts prospects. Note: This role is NOT for you if: You aren’t able to operate with autonomy and execute channel strategies from end to end : as one of our company's core operating principles, we prioritize ownership. We will provide clear ownership over a specific scope of work and trust you to own your work. You should be proactive and resourceful. You aren’t comfortable working with lots of numbers: You will need to own your numbers and report on them weekly with reliable data. While we have data resources to help get the numbers you need, it’s crucial that you design the best way to leverage data analysis for your decision-making.* JOB DETAILS AND BENEFITS

WEEK BY WEEK During your first week, you will:
  • Onboard with our team.
  • Start learning our products inside out and backward.
  • Develop an understanding of our key customer personas.
  • Read our favorite industry primers.
  • Build an understanding of our customers and the go-to-market motion.
During your first six weeks, you will:
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the Rad Hires suite of products.
  • Go deep on our messaging, positioning and pricing.
  • Listen to recent customer calls and sales calls on Apollo.
  • Explore key use cases of Rad Hires products.
  • Complete your first competitive deep dive.
  • Ship your first sales enablement assets.
During your first six months you will:
  • Deeply understand our target audience, competitive landscape, and market trends relevant to Rad Hires’ suite of products.
  • Gather insights from customers and competitors, informing our customer segmentation and go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop and refine GTM channel strategy
  • Quarterback your first end-to-end launch.
  • Deliver compelling website copy, enablement playbooks, and customer case studies.
  • Launch our email newsletter
  • Work with the broader team to continuously refine our positioning, pricing, and packaging.
  • Drive our adoption of short-form video for social media and YouTube
  •  
  • Relaunch our founder's Podcast and help our founder get on Podcasts as a guest
