About the Role Identify and onboard high-quality Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) such as Microfinance Institutions (MFI), Vehicle Finance, Fintech, Consumer Lending, Gold Loans, etc., as clients for InCred. Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of the sectors and companies represented by InCred through field visits, data analysis, and interactions with stakeholders, including originators, regulators, rating agencies, and internal teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with the management of originators to proactively explore potential business opportunities.
  • Understand the requirements and feedback from originators and effectively communicate these insights to the internal team.
  • Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and documentation for transactions with originators, in collaboration with the internal team.
  • Oversee the entire process, from deal origination to successful transaction execution.
  • Contribute to transaction structuring and the identification of new asset classes.
  • Enhance InCred’s visibility within target clients and sectors.
Candidate Profile
  • MBA from a top-tier business school or a Qualified Chartered Accountant. 2-4 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to take ownership of the role and build strong coverage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a solid understanding of financial institution lending products.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant technology tools.
  • Sales-oriented with strong networking capabilities.
  • A keen interest in financial inclusion and the opportunities it presents.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Highly ethical, with a positive attitude and a self-motivated approach to working independently and as part of a team.
  • Committed to promoting and upholding high professional and ethical standards.
  • Lead by example in fostering the InCred culture and aligning with the company’s values and code of conduct.
