It's a fantastic opportunity, and a great step for anyone looking to shake up their career. The role requires a candidate who will be:
- Detail Orientated
- Self-motivated and proactive

- Previous experience in an accounts department.
- Experience in a credit/accounts receivable environment within the food services sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Excellent understanding of debt ledgers, payment applications and overdues.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance would also be advantageous.
- Experience or an ability to demonstrate your understanding of credit control would again be advantageous.
- Ensuring customer accounts are maintained to the highest standard.
- Effective and efficient communication with customers and peers.
- Effectively handling customer queries/escalations.
- Applying funds with accuracy.
- Liaising with cross-functional departments across the business.
- Assisting colleagues with various business demands.
- Preparing daily/monthly/quarterly reports.
- Train new employees on the department's SLA's.
- Updating and maintaining customer portals.
- Maintenance of the email management system.
- Updating customer ledgers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintaining a high level of performance in conjunction with department KPIs.
- Handling customer queries through phone and email.
- Ensuring that all customer records are properly maintained.
- Ensuring relevant transactions are processed on a daily basis.
- Ensuring accurate document processing and policy information.
- Minimum of 2 years accounts receivable/payable experience.
- Relevant qualification an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Full class B driver's license and flexibility to travel.
