Role Description We're seeking a highly skilled and versatile Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role based in Manama. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, creating compelling visual content, and analyzing data to optimize performance. Responsibilities Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement across multiple Gulf markets. Create visually stunning and engaging content for digital platforms, including graphics, videos, and social media assets. Masterfully utilize design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to produce high-quality visuals. Produce and edit compelling video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut. Integrate and utilize AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and creative output. Analyze market trends and campaign performance using Excel and data dashboards, providing actionable insights for optimization. Manage and nurture client relationships, identifying new business opportunities. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Proactively identify challenges and develop innovative solutions. Create and manage social media content. Qualifications Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and content creation. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and CapCut. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, and e-commerce. Experience working with and utilizing AI tools within marketing and creative workflows. Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and create insightful reports using Excel and dashboards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet1 tight deadlines. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic. Experience analyzing and operating within multiple gulf market places. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field. Bonus Points: Experience in the social media or e-commerce industry.
