Assistant Manager Finance

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finance Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts person with 4-6 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for review of day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with taxation laws. Key Responsibilities: • Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in the accounting software. Review and monitor accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies (Tally). •Prepare timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. • Bank Reconciliation: Review regular bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are accounted for. • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoices, vendor payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables. • GST & Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as required. • Payroll Processing: Support payroll calculations, including deductions and compliance • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data. • Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash expenses and ensure proper documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: • B.com and CA Inter (CA Final dropped out). • 4-6 years of experience in accounting, finance, or taxation. • Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho books accounting software. • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. •5 Days Work from Office (Near Lal Bagh Botanical Garden Metro) Preferred Requirements: • Additional certifications such as CA-Inter will be an advantage. • Experience working in a SaaS Company, CA Firm etc. • Immediate Joiner or candidate who can join within 15-30 days will be preferred.
