3CIX is seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-performance mobile applications using the Flutter framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Dart programming and a robust understanding of mobile app architecture and design principles. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms. Your experience with RESTful APIs, version control systems (preferably Git), and cloud services will be essential in building scalable applications. You should be proactive in improving the mobile development process and mentoring junior developers. An understanding of native build tools for Android and iOS, as well as familiarity with Agile methodologies, will be advantageous.
