Strategy Intern

Functional 1. Provide strategic direction for business development activities, ensuring acquiring of new businesses. 2. Be an integral part of the pitch process and contribute to presentations, playing a key role in acquiring new business. 3. Engage in account mining activities to identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize innovative offerings and strategies, maximizing revenue from existing clients. Research & Ideas 1. Conduct comprehensive research to identify solution for pitches. 2. Stay informed about the activities and strategies of competitors, categories and consumers Team 1. Maintain open and clear communication with internal teams. 2. Provide regular support to internal teams based on ongoing tasks and objectives Communication 1. Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, provide feedback, and mentor teams for proactive problem-solving on client-side and internally 2. Work with the L&D team to structure training programs that directly impact work quality along with specific competencies 3. Promote a culture of research and self-development within the team while organizing regular one-on-one feedback discussions with team members 4. Hire capable, independent resources that can understand, communicate and execute client briefs accurately Discipline and Timelines 1. Be punctual and disciplined with internal and external work.
