- Connect with inbound/direct leads and engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients.
- Understand the specific needs of business owners and identify suitable solutions.
- Pitch relevant services to potential clients, ensuring that solutions are tailored to their business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support as needed.
- Contribute to revenue generation by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Prepare and deliver regular review reports to management on sales activities and performance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within SAAS, financial services, or technology solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and enterprise sales processes.
