Details: Location Bhopal / Vadodra /Mumbai Service Line Digital Services Experience 8 – 10 Years Qualification B.E / MCA About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to provide technical consulting services, ensuring successful implementation, configuration, customization and optimization of the platform for our clients to meet business requirements. As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with client and functional team to understand the business process and requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for clients, from implementation to post-go-live support.
  • Work with stakeholders / functional team to understand requirements and map them to the functionality in Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Configure and customize CRM to meet specific business requirements, including sales, service, marketing modules and integration needs.
  • Implement best practices for the team.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on using Dynamics 365 CRM wherever required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide support during and after the system implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-implementation, ensuring high client satisfaction and system performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest product features, upgrades, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Document SSD (Systems Specification Document), integration document and any other project-related technical documents.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience in technical role, with a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
  • Mandatory Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, customizing and implementing key modules of CRM, such as Sales, Service, Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Out of the Box features of D365 CRM in mapping business requirements
  • Good experience in Model driven App, Power App, Power Automate, Java script, Plug in
  • Experience in designing and handling integration between D365 CRM and other business applications
  • Good experience on solutioning, performing feasibility studies.
  • Experience in setting best practices, managing technical tasks of the team, performing reviews.
  • Perform code reviews
  • Experience in technical documentation
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Other Mandatory Skills :
  • Ability to conduct technical sessions for the team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with clients and internal teams effectively.

  • Experience in .Net
