- The Bombay Home Company:
- Shifts: 24X7 Rotational, 6 Day Hybrid (2 Days WFO)
- Week-Off’s: 1 WO rotational (No splits-offs)
- Freshers: INR 15,000/- (+- Incentives) depending on the interview round
- Experienced: INR 18,000/- to 20,000/- (+- Incentives) ( Do not apply if your salary expectation is higher than 20K )
- WFH Allowance as per performance
- Manage customer relationship via phone & chat systems from our Contact Center
- Coordinate check-in’s, ensuring guests are welcomed warmly and oriented to the property
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, enhancing their overall experience
- Coordinate closely with our Sales, Housekeeping & Maintenance Teams for property readiness
- Communicate clearly and effectively, tailoring responses to each customer’s level of understanding
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our commitment to quality and hospitality
- Closing sales enquiry (This is not a sales process. But inbound sales inquires have to be handled & closed)
- Expert at handling customer queries using chats & phone within the client SLA's
- Fluency in spoken & written English (Must) local languages will be added advantage
- Well versed with using computers, MS office, MS excel etc.
- Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. (Must)
- Knowledge of Bed n' Breakfast functions (not mandatory)
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base for customer support
- Passion for great customer service
- Rapport building, should be able to build good connect
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Eye for business improvement
