Founders: Sachin Bansal & Ankit Agarwal What makes you a good executive at Navi?● Ability to learn ● Being disciplined ● Communicating well What would your role at Navi Look Like?● Perform regular call audits/side barging to assess and govern the quality of the Process. ● Identify Insights and remedy errors for different process. ● Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved. ● Compile and analyze data. ● Publish error analysis and training needs indicators. ● Investigate customer/agent complaints and publish RCA. What are some of the good to have skills for this role?● 0-5 Years of experience in Process Excellence, Quality Assurance ● Willingness to work in an environment to improve process and quality assurance. ● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ● Strong computer skills (MS - Excel, G-Suite).
