A multi-International Engineering consultancy company are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to lead the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process for a major building project in East Africa, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing BIM workflows, ensuring model coordination, and integrating digital design solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage BIM strategies and workflows.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain model integrity.
- Perform clash detection, model audits, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project-specific BIM requirements.
- Generate reports, drawings, and other deliverables using BIM tools.
- Bachelors degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in BIM management for large-scale building projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software.
- Strong understanding of BIM execution plans and industry standards (ISO 19650, etc.).
- Proficiency in English language.
