That's our story. Make it your story. This position reports to Sales Manager Your role and responsibilities We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The professional will be responsible for selling products and systems to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the instrumentation and analytics division, operating in the Central region - MG, MT, MS, and DF. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers to understand their needs. Promote customers' understanding of ABB's complete product/systems/services offering and align with them to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Prepare sales plans using ABB authorized tools. Perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plans in case of any potential order shortfalls. Create added value for the customer and ABB, ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques. Communicate to customers the details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy. Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Qualifications for the role Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Mandatory: Technical knowledge in instrumentation and analytics. Mandatory: Experience with B2B sales for industry. Mandatory: Previous experience with channels. Mandatory: Valid driver's license (CNH) with availability for frequent travel. Differential: Knowledge in applications for instrumentation equipment and process analyzers.
