Recommerce and NL Sr Manager, Reverse&Recommerce&Network Losses

At Amazon, we're seeking a Manager to drive our ReCommerce Planning & Execution operations. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing short, medium, and long-term planning strategies, ensuring operational excellence in our reverse logistics network. Key Job Responsibilities Drive operational planning and execution for ReCommerce operations; Lead meetings and coordinate cross-functional alignment; Develop and implement demand forecasting strategies for Re-commerce; Manage inventory health planning and optimization; Create and maintain performance metrics and KPIs; Partner with Fcs and Sales teams for portfolio management. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree; Advanced English proficiency; Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge; Program or project management experience; Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements; Supply chain experience; Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership; Experience driving process improvements; Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
