Manage, develop and enhance portfolio of EOS & POS products through  continuous market research and emerging opportunities. Strategize for success of assigned portfolio through tailored delivery platforms and  capable, trained and motivated resources. Set budgets and inspirational performance targets for all products, monitor progress  and ensure achievement of targets. Meet all reporting expectations and decided turnaround times of all customers and  stakeholders as per SLAs/contracts. Ensure efficient and seamless service delivery with a strict compliance of established  SOPs and service standards.
