• Support the implementation and management of CRM software for both Commercial and Operations teams.
• Provide insights and suggestions for product improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Work cross-functionally to contribute to organization-wide initiatives.
• Help the Experience team in ensuring shippers and customers receive excellent service.
• Assist in strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support in complaint resolution, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.

What We Are Looking For

• Recently completed Bachelors in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in data analysis and process optimization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
