Business Intelligence Developer - Power BI, SQL, Tableau

Role: Power BI Developer Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/M Sc / Any Degree Experience Required: 3.5 to 8 Years Primary Skills: Power BI, SQL, Tableau Work location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Gurugram Mode of work: Hybrid Responsibilities To understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights. To create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI. To identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently. To analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making. To be able to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks. Skill and Experience Requirements Min 3.5+ years of experience in developing and implementing reports and dashboards primarily on Microsoft Tool stack/Power BI. Familiarity with the Power Platform tools & MS365/SharePoint/Teams are nice to have. Should have Stakeholder Management experience and good estimation skills. Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment. Leverage data sets and data flows. Shape and combine multiple data sources. Prepare data models. Build and demonstrate prototypes, visualizations, and reports. Explore ways to improve visualizations and data models. Collaborate with data and analytics team members. Experience with Data Modeling, Power BI, Power Query, DAX and related technologies. Evaluate report performance metrics and implement improvements. Technically sound in: Knowledge working with SQL Server TSQL stored procedures. Proficiency in software such as, word processing, spreadsheet and database management programs to develop and/or complete required reports.
