FP&A, Budgeting and MIS

Job Title: Deputy Manager Location: Kundli- Sonepat Mode: Work from office, 6 days a week Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 06:00 PM Reports to: Head of Finance Job Summary Job role revolves around producing high quality MIS including preparation of Cash Report, Forex Exposure report, Risk Reporting, Monthly and Quarterly Financial and Non-Financial Reporting. This is a dynamic position where you will contribute to the company’s financial decision-making process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of key financial data. Key Responsibilities • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Handling group MIS reporting eg. Cash Report, Forex Exposure report, Risk Reporting, Monthly and Quarterly Financial and Non-Financial Reporting. • Update on Trade Compliance and reporting • Foreign Liabilities and Assets (FLA) Return for RBI, MSME Return, Annual Statistical Return, Insurance declaration, renewal etc. • Hands on experience on Product wise costing including yearly cost run. • Ensuring compliance with Internal Financial Controls • Adhoc reporting and support in auditing • Assisting on Internal Audit observations closure Key Qualifications and Skills: • CA (Inter)/ CMA (Inter) preferred • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. • Strong understanding of MIS • Knowledge of costing principles financial reporting and cash flow analysis is an added advantage. • Proficiency in SAP (mandatory). • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
