As a team of 40 passionate individuals, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a dynamic individual to join our Founder's Office to supercharge our financial strategy and operations. About Role: As part of the Founder's Office, you will drive financial planning, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the leadership team, enabling data-driven decisions and ensuring smooth financial operations to support our growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Reporting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights.
• Cash Flow Management: Ensure the company has enough cash to meet operational needs while managing investments effectively.
• Cost Control: Monitor and control operational expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Strategic Initiatives: Support fundraising, evaluate business opportunities, and assist in expansion plans.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to tax regulations, manage audits, and maintain strong financial controls.
• Projections & Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, highlight trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with teams to improve inventory planning, ROI on marketing spends, and resource allocation.

• Qualifications: CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent with 2–5 years of experience in financial roles, ideally in e-commerce or D2C.
• Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a focus on driving results.
