Valuation QC Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Valuation QC Specialist to join our Valuations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property valuations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage complex valuation process. The Valuation QC Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our valuation processes. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive property valuations product review (Appraisals, BPO and Hybrid products)
• Analyse market trends and property-specific information to determine accurate valuation
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of valuation procedures
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, state regulations, and/or company policies
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the valuation industry and incorporate best practices into the workflow
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and familiarity with real estate market dynamics and trends

Qualification:

• Candidate should have completed their Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience on end-to-end Appraisal and/or BPO review
• Strong understanding of valuation products and specific state or investor requirements on valuations
• Knowledge of MS office (excel, word, outlook)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
• Excellent presentation skills
