In this strategic role, you'll be the technical ambassador helping businesses understand how our platform can transform their technology capabilities and prepare their teams for next-generation requirements and challenges.    Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients, understanding their talent transformation needs and demonstrating our platform's strategic value
• Architect and deliver compelling proof-of-value demonstrations that showcase our platform's ability to build critical technical capabilities
• Provide expert consultation on technology skill development strategies, with a particular focus on emerging areas like GenAI and cloud-native development
• Design custom proof-of-concepts that align with clients' technology transformation roadmaps
• Stay at the forefront of technology trends, especially in GenAI and emerging technologies
• Partner with product teams to translate market needs into platform capabilities
• Guide enterprises in building comprehensive technology capability development programs

• 5-7 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Deep understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, including GenAI, AI/ML, cloud platforms, and software architecture
• Proven track record of driving technical solutions in enterprise environments
• Excellence in translating complex technical concepts into business value propositions
• Experience with enterprise learning platforms or talent development solutions is advantageous
• Strong background in consulting with technical leaders on capability development
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
