Position - Business Analyst (GBO Office) This role will report to CPS EMEA Aftermarket Sales Director. Buiness Analyst function is to solve key business challenges using data. You are responsible to provide relevant insight to help the company make the right decisions, address key challenges and identify new ways to grow. In this role, you will partnering closely with our business managers, why it is essential you being interested in understanding and indirectly developing our business. Overall summary We conduct a lot of research to ensure we make the highest quality products to serve our clients’ needs as best as possible. The environment is intellectual, collaborative, relaxed and playful, with a strong focus on results. You will learn about air filtration through in-house testing, training sessions, and hands-on experience. You will also gain exposure to the latest business innovations and will be able to quickly and clearly see the impact of your work. What will you do – this position consists of the following activities: Market Analysis : Perform data analysis and leverage on market/customer research, trends, and competitor analysis to drive revenue, increase yield, improve market share, and enhance customer loyalty Analyze and utilize customer information (from CRM data) to provide insight to increase sales Provide further insight into the firms’ overall strategy by identifying critical questions performing ad-hoc analyses and communicate analytical findings in presentations Perform analysis of success and pertinence of product pricing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business strategies and strategic initiatives Operational Strategy: Perform sales metric reporting, operational support and provide operational insights to achieve key performance indicators Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and margin Provide analytical support to all aspects of the deal negotiation process Oversee the use of the CRM system to ensure optimal data capture (includes market research, event participation, lead management and sales forecasting) Organize and execute local sales and promotional programs/events (eg. Tradeshows) Summarize insights from analysis and clearly communicate analytical findings in a cohesive story; and build presentations What will make you successful For you to be successful and positively challenged we believe you have a positive solution oriented “can-do” attitude, a drive and commercial interest. Your creativity must be balanced with good organization skills as well as time management. Finally having a technical interests will help you immensely. Qualifications
- BSc within business administration, and/or Bachelor of engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role/function .
- Understanding of market dynamics and business trends, and more than anything, the interest for the market, figures, trends ana analyzing it, to then be part of building strategies.
- English and Swedish are required on professional level.
