- Total Work Experience: 12-15 years of experience in a Quality Assurance & Quality Control of high rise building & commercial projects .
- Good working knowledge of quality and environment management, and ISO standards.
- Prepare and implement project quality plan
- Preparation of field quality plan and inspection test plan
- Preparing checklist of all constructional activities.
- Conducting quality checking of finishing work (masonry, plastering, tiles fixing, water proofing, door window, structural glazing)
- Familiar with Standard Civil Engineering Practices & Methods of Measurement.
