Job Title: Senior Interior Designer Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5+ years in interior design Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, expertise in space planning, and knowledge of materials, furniture, and lighting. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver innovative and functional design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee interior design projects, ensuring timely execution. Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations. Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting. Conduct site visits and coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software. Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations effectively. Stay updated on design trends, sustainability, and industry innovations. Mentor and guide junior designers in project execution and creativity. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software. Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and sustainability practices. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in luxury or high-end interior projects. Knowledge of Vastu/Feng Shui principles (if relevant to the market). Strong project management and leadership abilities.
