Position Title: SAP Event Management Consultant Job Location: Work from Home (Remote) Experience: (08 - 15) Years Job Description:
- Candidate should be willing to work in night shifts.
- Total relevant experience 8 plus years Design, configure, and implement SAP Event Management modules based on business needs.
- Expert in Event Processing and Monitoring Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and optimize processes.
- Configure SAP EM to capture events from SAP ERP and external systems, analyse events for exceptions and delays, and set up automated alerts.
- Integrate SAP EM with other applications, generate reports for decision-makers, and support integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, ABAP programming can be beneficial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments.
- Provide user training and support, create technical documentation, and stay updated with SAP EM trends and best practices.
- Client Engagement: Meet with potential clients on-site to understand their business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with sales teams and technical experts to design solutions that address customer needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Deliver compelling and technical product demonstrations to showcase the solution’s capabilities and benefits.
- Manage and implement Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to demonstrate the real-world value of the product or service.
- Provide technical assistance to the sales team in creating proposals, RFP responses, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to effectively position solutions against competing products.
- Gather feedback from clients during engagements to help refine product offerings and service delivery.
