Job Description:

You will be:

• Involved in all phases of the project, including tender documentation, cost management, contractor performance assessment, and procurement.
• Administer Sub-Contract orders from award to final account.
• Identify, analyze and report on trends within the Business & Projects.
• Attend and provide input to relevant customer/client commercial meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Contract Program/Schedule and provide weekly reports to construction team on planned versus actual progress.
• Review all incoming correspondence from Employers, Design Team, and/or subcontractor to identify contractually critical items and to initiate replies.
• Create a procurement schedule for the project.
• Conduct periodic review of works to identify appropriate cost-saving measures.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and proven record in taking Tenders from Pricing through to final client award.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Time Management skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment but also be able to work independently to close out Final Accounts.
