You will be:- Involved in all phases of the project, including tender documentation, cost management, contractor performance assessment, and procurement.
- Administer Sub-Contract orders from award to final account.
- Identify, analyze and report on trends within the Business & Projects.
- Attend and provide input to relevant customer/client commercial meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Contract Program/Schedule and provide weekly reports to construction team on planned versus actual progress.
- Review all incoming correspondence from Employers, Design Team, and/or subcontractor to identify contractually critical items and to initiate replies.
- Create a procurement schedule for the project.
- Conduct periodic review of works to identify appropriate cost-saving measures.
- Good communication skills and proven record in taking Tenders from Pricing through to final client award.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Time Management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment but also be able to work independently to close out Final Accounts.
