Operations Support Service Manager (WSH & Fire Safety, Healthcare sector) #HCL Responsibilities: Collaborate with the OSG team to support hospital activities and projects. Work with stakeholders to maintain hospital compliance with licensing and safety regulations, including hazard management and incident prevention. Develop and manage the hospital’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Fire Safety systems, including training, inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Support fire safety programs, including inspections, audits, and fire drills. Serve as coordinator for the Workplace and Fire Safety Committee, reviewing incidents and providing recommendations to senior management. Ensure contractors follow safety protocols and risk management procedures during work. Requirements: SCDF Certified Senior/Fire Safety Manager Strong interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and high level of initiative. Able to communicate effectively and clearly to different stakeholders with diverse backgrounds. Analytically driven, able to organise and interpret data to identify trends, anomalies and provide meaningful recommendations. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills to bring across key points. Ability to influence and drive consensus. Familiar with various authority requirements, documentation, submissions and reports to different authorities for WSH & Fire Safety.
