Marketing Specialist responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion for TRAFALGAR LUXURY GROUP.
Management:
- Endeavor to develop and succeed in maintaining appropriate company image that strives towards excellence in satisfying customers.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Technical:
- Conduct market research to find answers about client requirements, habits and trends.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.).
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
Policy and Procedure:
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by performing within organizational standards and adhering to legal regulations.
- Implementation of all related organizational policies and procedures.
- Implementation of all related rules and regulations.
- Ensure commitment to all HSEQ regulations and procedures as per management requirements.
- Ensure that all company assets are maintained and used properly, avoiding any damage or misuse.
Education:
University degree in marketing, or related fields.Professional Experience:
From three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in similar field(s).Competencies Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office packages such as Word and Excel, PowerPoint Presentation; e-mail and internet etiquette.
- Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type.
- Experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
- Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO.
- Experience doing buyer persona and audience research.
- Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
- Physically and mentally fit for the job.
- Technical Training Certificates / licenses.
