Marketing Specialist responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion for TRAFALGAR LUXURY GROUP.

Management:

  1. Endeavor to develop and succeed in maintaining appropriate company image that strives towards excellence in satisfying customers.
  2. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications.
  3. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Technical:

  1. Conduct market research to find answers about client requirements, habits and trends.
  2. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  3. Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas.
  4. Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
  6. Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.).
  7. Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  8. Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

  1. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by performing within organizational standards and adhering to legal regulations.
  2. Implementation of all related organizational policies and procedures.
  3. Implementation of all related rules and regulations.
  4. Ensure commitment to all HSEQ regulations and procedures as per management requirements.
  5. Ensure that all company assets are maintained and used properly, avoiding any damage or misuse.

Education:

University degree in marketing, or related fields.

Professional Experience:

From three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in similar field(s).

Competencies Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office packages such as Word and Excel, PowerPoint Presentation; e-mail and internet etiquette.
  • Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type.
  • Experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
  • Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO.
  • Experience doing buyer persona and audience research.
  • Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Physically and mentally fit for the job.
  • Technical Training Certificates / licenses.
