Business Development Executive - Crypto Industry
Job location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our cryptocurrency exchange. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry, excellent communication skills, and strong business development skills. You'll work closely with global partners, customers, and internal teams to drive business growth and achieve the company's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's share in the cryptocurrency market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships, strategic alliances, and customer relationships.
- Negotiate with prospects and partners to reach collaboration agreements and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to provide market insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product, and technical teams, to ensure the smooth implementation of business development initiatives.
- Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and events, represent the company, and make industry connections.
- Regularly report to management on business development progress and results.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in business, finance, economics or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or sales, cryptocurrency or fintech industry experience is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, other languages are preferred.
