Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience to manage email marketing, PR, and media relations . This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive marketing professional who can drive engagement, brand awareness, and media exposure for our global events.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing:

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote event registrations and sponsorships.
• Develop engaging and targeted email content, ensuring high open and conversion rates.
• Manage and optimize email lists, segmentation, and automation to enhance audience engagement.
• Analyze email performance metrics and implement improvements based on data insights.

PR & Media Relations:

• Develop and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and industry influencers.
• Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and event announcements to generate publicity.
• Coordinate media partnerships to maximize event exposure.
• Monitor media coverage and provide post-event reports on PR impact.

Content & Communication:

• Assist in creating event promotional content, newsletters, and blog posts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications and PR activities.
• Support the social media team with content related to media and PR efforts.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, PR, or media relations, preferably within event management, fintech, or financial services industries.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for PR and email campaigns.
• Ability to build and maintain media relationships.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance.
• Highly organized with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
