Job Description of Part-Time PRO Officer
Are you a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional with a DHA license looking for a flexible part-time role? Healthserve Home Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time PRO Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives by providing high-quality care in their homes. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and gain valuable experience in home healthcare.Key Responsibilities of Part-Time PRO Officer
- Provide personalized nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring adherence to care plans and protocols.
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions, document observations, and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and standards of practice.
Qualification Required for Part-Time PRO Officer
- Valid UAE Healthcare Professional License.
- 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic health records.
