- Assist with Mechanical and Electrical duties under the supervision of a qualified artisan
- To ensure work output in relation to assigned tasks delegated by Technical Manager or Supervisor
- To ensure safety and compliance with statutory requirements
- Grade 12 National Senior Certificate
- Completed N6 Theoretical subjects in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering at a recognized TVET College within South Africa.
- Workplace experience required to obtain qualification / Diploma / Trade Test
- Learner must be unemployed to qualify for this opportunity
- Learner must complete the full 18 months workplace programme Any hospital or hospitality experience will be an added advantage
- Experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering would be advantageous
- Familiar with Occupational Health and Safety
- Health Act regulations
- Computer Literate
