Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant As an HCM Cloud Consultant, you will be the primary contact person for our customers for the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. This is a challenging and rewarding position that will enable you to grow as a professional consultant. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Documenting existing and desired business processes and workflows based on client’s needs and industry best practices.
2. Leading the analysis and design in different HCM modules and having close cooperation with the client’s business teams.
3. Comprehending business needs, capturing both functional and technical requirements, transforming them into Oracle HCM Cloud module specifications, and aligning requirements with other functional and technical teams. Designing processes and formulating the solution blueprint for project implementation.
4. Configuring the system and testing the solution with users.
5. Providing user training.
6. Supporting cutover and stabilizing the solution, providing post go-live support.
7. Working closely with internal teams and Oracle to recommend process and technology solutions to meet project objectives.
8. Liaising with Oracle to validate proposed solutions and coordinating follow-up infrastructure provisioning.
9. Working closely with PMO office and the client to ensure all activities for meeting the next milestone are accurately identified and sequenced.
10. Presenting project progress, risks, roadblocks, and workarounds in client meetings.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any Engineering discipline. Must-Have Skills:

2. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
3. Proven track record of actively participating in the end-to-end implementation and ongoing support of at least two Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
4. Hands-on experience in one or more of the following HCM modules:

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.
7. Ability to document meticulous details around business processes.
8. Work with business to write test cases to test business requirements and help execution and tracking.
9. Ability to drive issue resolutions, decision-making processes and coordinate with other teams (internal or external 3rd party teams).
10. Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
