Description Our client, a stunning hotel located in Co Kildare, is now recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take charge of their fine dining restaurant. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

1. Experience working as a manager in a 4/5* hotel restaurant
2. Experience working with AA rosettes is desirable
3. Exceptionally high standards when it comes to restaurant service
4. Excellent command of the English language both written and oral
5. A great leader and motivator who can get the best from their staff through leading by example but also delegating what needs to be done
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills
7. A passion for all things 5* and fine dining
8. An excellent personality and impeccable grooming
9. Can legally work in Ireland full time with no restrictions
