Sector: Corporate Finance Location: Limerick Our Client Our client is a Big 4 firm with a well-established and growing Corporate Finance team in Limerick. The firm has a proven track record in delivering innovative M&A solutions, working with leading organisations across a wide range of industries.   • Extensive M&A experience gained in a professional services environment, corporate finance boutique, or investment banking.
  • A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering end-to-end M&A transactions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
  • Leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • A connection to Munster and an interest in contributing to the local market.
Role and Reporting Lines This role reports to the Corporate Finance Partner and will involve:
  • Leading M&A transactions, including valuations, due diligence, financial modelling, and negotiations.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to grow the practice.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members to develop a high-performing team.
  • Contributing to thought leadership and marketing initiatives in the M&A space.
  • Staying updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes.
