Role Description We are seeking a Full Stack Developer for a full-time, on-site position based in Siliguri. In this role, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end web development tasks to enhance Offlint's platform and deliver an exceptional user experience. Required Skills and Qualifications:

• React: Proven experience in building dynamic user interfaces with React.
• Laravel: Solid background in back-end development using the Laravel framework.
• Tailwind CSS: Ability to style and build modern, responsive designs using Tailwind CSS.
• MySQL: Strong understanding of MySQL database design and query optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
