Job Locations: Noida/Gurgaon/Bangalore/Pune Shift: UK Shift (1.30 PM onwards) Experience: 3 + years Overview The Contract Administrator in the Vendor Management Office (VMO) is responsible for managing and maintaining supplier contracts throughout their lifecycle. This role ensures contracts are accurately processed, reviewed, and stored, adhering to organizational policies and compliance requirements. The Contract Administrator acts as a liaison between procurement, legal, and operational teams to facilitate smooth contract management processes. Key Responsibilities :

  1. Contract Management : Review, validate, and process supplier contracts post-procurement and legal approvals.
  2. Ensure all required information and documents are complete before digitization.
  3. Maintain a centralized repository for all contracts, ensuring easy accessibility and security.
  4. Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure contracts meet organizational standards and compliance requirements.
  5. Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing details in contracts.
  6. Conduct periodic audits to validate contract data accuracy.
  7. Collaboration and Communication : Digitize contracts using designated tools and ensure proper tagging and classification.
  8. Follow up with relevant stakeholders to obtain missing information or documentation.
  9. Process Improvement : Identify and recommend enhancements to the contract administration process.
  10. Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for contract management workflows.
Qualifications :
  1. 3+ years of experience in contract management or administration, preferably within a Vendor Management Office.
  2. Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management principles.
  3. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
