Junior Manager - Textile Design & Brand Experience

• Conceptualize and design unique textile home furnishings and furniture accents that reflect brand values.
• Research current design trends, materials, and techniques to create timeless and innovative designs.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and retain the authenticity of craftsmanship.
• Develop prototypes, oversee quality assurance, and iterate designs based on feedback.

2. Product Experience Custodian

• Act as the primary advocate for the customer journey by ensuring the usability, functionality, and aesthetics of every product.
• Create and maintain product guidelines to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across all product lines.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to refine designs and improve the overall product experience.
• Work closely with the marketing partners to align product storytelling with the customer experience vision.

3. Social Media & Brand Image

• Develop and execute the brand’s social media strategy to showcase brand story, products, and artisanship.
• Design visually engaging and cohesive content for social platforms.
• Plan campaigns that highlight product launches, sustainability initiatives, and behind-the-scenes stories of the craft.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and studio to produce high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maintain a fresh and innovative brand presence.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with the marketing team to align product launches with brand messaging and campaigns.
• Partner with buying and quality team to ensure timely delivery of designs and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with sales team to understand customer preferences and market demands.

Qualification · Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, or a related field. · Additional certifications or training in home furnishings or textiles would be advantageous. · 2-4 years’ experience in related field. · Hands-on experience with storytelling through product photography, videography, and social content creation · Ability to collaborate across teams, pitch ideas effectively, and tell a compelling brand story. · Aptitude to take ownership of the responsibilities and deliver results. · Ability to think independently and creatively. · Understanding customer requirement and working backwards.
