- Conceptualize and design unique textile home furnishings and furniture accents that reflect brand values.
- Research current design trends, materials, and techniques to create timeless and innovative designs.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and retain the authenticity of craftsmanship.
- Develop prototypes, oversee quality assurance, and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Act as the primary advocate for the customer journey by ensuring the usability, functionality, and aesthetics of every product.
- Create and maintain product guidelines to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across all product lines.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to refine designs and improve the overall product experience.
- Work closely with the marketing partners to align product storytelling with the customer experience vision.
- Develop and execute the brand’s social media strategy to showcase brand story, products, and artisanship.
- Design visually engaging and cohesive content for social platforms.
- Plan campaigns that highlight product launches, sustainability initiatives, and behind-the-scenes stories of the craft.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and studio to produce high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maintain a fresh and innovative brand presence.
- Work with the marketing team to align product launches with brand messaging and campaigns.
- Partner with buying and quality team to ensure timely delivery of designs and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with sales team to understand customer preferences and market demands.
