Job Description:

  1. Hire Talents & Influencers for TCE Streamers.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to attract potential talents for the platform.
  3. Focus on revenue-generating strategies.
  4. Handle Streamers managing team and coordinate with management as well as content / Media department.
  5. Monitor talent performance & training.
  6. Review portfolios, ability to perform, and assess efficiency.
  7. Maintain proper documentation and relevant records.
  8. Communicate with talents & creators regularly for feedback collection.
  9. Ensure regular participation of talents in events and challenges.
  10. Work with the operations team to avoid any gap in communication between talent and responsible bodies from the organization.
Minimum Requirements: Candidate should have experience with at least one agency or brand working in the field of influencer marketing or working with influencers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
