Assistant Manager - HR Operations Doha British School Qatar Salary: Undisclosed Job type: Full Time, Fixed Term Start date: Immediate joiner Apply by: 25 February 2025 Job Overview Welcome to Doha British Schools. A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, CHRP, or Associate CIPD are highly desirable.
5 to 7 years of experience managing HR operations with a proven track record of overseeing key HR functions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferably native.
Candidates must be locally available in Qatar and must have an NOC for sponsorship transfer.

Successful applicants must have:

Driven strategic HR initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and employee welfare and well-being programs.
Leverage HRIS systems to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional organizational outcomes.
