We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Engineer specializing in valves and industrial equipment for the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution-based sales, strong technical expertise, and substantial experience working in the UAE's oil and gas industry. The role involves understanding customer requirements, offering tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets through effective business development and technical expertise. The candidate will work closely with clients to address their needs and contribute to the company's growth by delivering value through innovative solutions and excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE oil and gas sector
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of valves, pressure control systems, and industrial equipment
- Provide technical support, including creating proposals, technical presentations, and RFP responses
- Communicate customer requirements to the engineering and R&D teams for customized solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering high-quality solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in the UAE Oil and Gas Industry
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Proven Experience in Selling Valves, Industrial Equipment or related technology solutions
- Strong Knowledge of Valves (Ex: Ball, Gate, Butterfly, Globe, Check), Pressure Control Systems, and Industrial Piping
- Familiarity with API standards and Industry Certifications
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
