Job Responsibilities:
- Management and leadership of sales activities and initiatives.
- Drive the team toward achievement of individual and team targets.
- Manage client relationships with High Net Worth individuals and Investors.
- Understand local and international markets and the changing requirements of clients.
- Manage specific real estate investment properties in multiple locations, negotiating with clients to achieve the best opportunities for client and company.
- Develop sales strategies for continual improvement of department performance.
- Report to Top Management on sales progress for individual projects, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
- Guide, lead and develop the sales team with a strong focus on achieving the pre-determined targets.
- Bachelors Degree from a recognised University.
- Minimum 10 years experience in a Senior Sales role.
- Must be a hands-on sales professional.
- UAE Market knowledge is essential.
- Corporate sales experience preferred in Telecomms, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Construction.
- Timely response to position application, general enquiry and/or follow up.
- Honest, constructive feedback and advice.
