Senior Quality Lead

An Exciting opportunity for aSenior Quality Leadto join a leading manufacturing plastics company. This role can be based on a permanent or contract basis. As Senior Quality Lead,you will support production, quality control, quality lab, and research development team. This is a fully onsite position based in West Limerick.Overview of Main Responsibilities (full job description available on request):Develop and implement a robust quality management system to ensure product or service quality meets customer expectations.Lead and mentor the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Support of the Internal Audit, Supplier Audit and Regulatory Audit ProgrammesConducting, documenting and reviewing complaint investigations.Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members in quality-related areas.Risk assessment of customer complaints, Non-conformance and CAPA's.Keep up to date on industry regulations and ensure that the organization remains compliant with applicable standards and certifications.Initiate, manage and execute projects for continuous improvement within the department.Understand and review Validation documentation, Change Requests, Design and Process FMEA's, Test Summaries, Software Validation, Microbiological assessments and Critical System Work OrdersWhat the ideal Senior Quality Lead looks like:Third-level qualification in Science, Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.Qualification in Quality/Validation/Statistics/ Risk would be a distinct advantage.Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.Strong leadership skillsData-driven decision makingFor a confidential discussionandmore information on the role,please contactAlicja Burchardt.alicja.burchardt@collinsmcnicholas.ie(021) 2427109
