Receptionist for Aesthetic Clinic in Meydan Dubai
Ontime Group is seeking a dedicated Receptionist for our Aesthetic Clinic located in Meydan, Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, helping to create a welcoming environment for our clients visiting the clinic. Responsibilities- Warmly greet and welcome clients upon their arrival
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and oversee the clinic's daily calendar
- Provide clients with detailed information regarding aesthetic services and treatments available
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all forms are completed accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and waiting room
- Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and assist with insurance verifications
- Coordinate with clinic staff to optimize patient flow and ensure a seamless experience
- Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on client satisfaction
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling and managing a busy calendar
- Proficient in computer applications and electronic medical records
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
