Job Description Work with the wider marketing team to help deliver the ticketing marketing strategy for Money 20/20, focusing on new registration acquisition and upselling of registrations to generate commercial revenue. Administer and help develop campaigns focused around ticketing and revenue generation. Execute marketing plans to drive potential attendee engagement and increased ticket sales. Manage implementation of marketing plans across all marketing channels, monitoring effectiveness and providing recommendations to the wider marketing team. Provide specific ticket purchase focus across all digital communications; from website, CRM, social media, and app. Monitor activities of main event competitors and provide feedback. Develop new and creative organic search growth strategies for each stage of a customer’s ticketing purchasing lifecycle, in accordance with the unique digital trends and platforms of various international markets. Design and implement testing and optimisation strategies (including A/B testing, landing pages, and CTAs). As a Marketing Executive focused on Ticketing, you will help design and deliver critical aspects of the marketing strategy to achieve commercial objectives and revenue targets. What you will do Analysis and insight Monitor campaign performances by producing relevant and timely reports. Recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insights. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Share relevant insights with the wider marketing team to drive revenues or pursue new opportunities. Marketing execution Work with marketers to identify the target universe and key segments within the target universe from a ticketing perspective. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience as a Marketing Executive. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Self-motivating with a strong ability to work both on independent projects and projects involving many stakeholders. Ability to communicate ideas clearly, effectively, and persuasively. Deadline and target-driven. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. What you will bring Knowledge, skills & experience Ticketing campaign experience. Building relationships with partners and stakeholders. Analytical and questioning mindset. Strong copywriting skills. Experience working in a pressurised environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Arabic. Proficient in the use of MS Office including intermediate/advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Technology savvy. Able to quickly adopt and work with new technology solutions. Great to have Experience working with CMS platforms (however coding knowledge is not required!). Experience managing social media through scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite etc. and experience in social media listening and sentiment analysis. Eloqua and CRM experience. Formal business/marketing higher education qualification. Events marketing experience.
