تفاصيل الوظيفة
· Visiting food preparation/producing establishments as per schedule. · Inspect and collect information of establishments details, grease traps, and cleaning documents through means and methods provided. · Inspect the grease trap to identify required frequency of cleaning. · Give awareness to all food processing establishments about health and environmental impact, municipality regulations, and Envirol. · Report all violations found to line manager and Dubai Municipality. · Follow up with visited establishments pending to clean the grease trap. · Ensure that the cleaning process and documentation is done as per regulations and requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Arabic and English languages.
- Thorough knowledge about Dubai roads and locations for site inspections.
- Positive attitude and persuasiveness.
