We are seeking a driven and experienced QA Assistant Manager to join our team and contribute to our success in the nutraceuticals industry. Job Description: We are looking for a candidate with experience in the QA/QC of the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical/food manufacturing who has good character, positive vibes, and professional integrity. What You Will Achieve:

- Train and manage QA and QC teams.
- Handle quality assurance and quality control matters in the company.
- Establish and review standard operating procedures, work instructions, flow charts, and specifications, ensuring proper documentation and maintenance of records.
- Play a role in determining food safety and quality issues and oversee continuous improvement of the company's quality system.
- Prevent, curb, and resolve quality problems through inspection and non-conformance procedures.
- Review and monitor proper execution and maintenance of Quality Management Systems conforming to GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and ISO standards and establish continuous improvement programs.
- Participate in internal auditing and assume a key role in our Answering Committee during external audits.
- Manage and respond to customer complaints and non-conformance findings.
- Assist the management team in taking charge of all matters pertaining to quality assurance and quality control in the company.
- Self-motivated, determined, and good problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in Quality Assurance systems.
- Positive-minded, inspirational, willing to go the extra mile, and proactively involved in the company's affairs.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, or Chemical fields.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a QA leadership role within a regulated or controlled product environment.
- Solid knowledge of GMP guidelines, HACCP, HALAL, US FDA, and ISO is an added advantage.
