Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for all broker claims
- Claims lodgement, verification, progress, and reporting
- Liaison with insurers / managing processes
- Support customers through complex claims
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Claims Handler within an Insurance or Broker setting
- Working knowledge of motor and property claims
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
